After booking by phone, you will receive an email with all the information about location, arrival time, reservation code etc...
(Read the e-mail carefully for full details)
From our website
If you have booked from the website, you must wait for Jet Liberty to contact you by phone to validate your booking. And once validated, you'll also receive an e-mail with important information.
How do I cancel a reservation?
From the phone

(24h in advance maximum, once this deadline is exceeded there can be no cancellation and therefore no refund in case of deposit)

Directly online on our website, you need to log in using the account you created when you booked: click here
Alternatively, you can cancel from the reservation e-mail you received, at the bottom of the e-mail you just have to click on Cancel my reservation
